By accessing Monesys, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Services

Monesys provides analytics, revenue forecasting, and monetization infrastructure for content creators. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Monesys utilizes APIs from Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok. You must comply with their respective Terms of Service when connecting your accounts. We are not responsible for API outages or policy changes by these third parties.

4. Payments and Commissions

All financial transactions, including subscriptions and affiliate commission splits, are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy. By using Monesys, you agree to LemonSqueezy's processing terms and payout schedules.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse the platform, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the service for illegal activities.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
