Overview

Monesys allows you to completely revoke our access to your social media accounts and delete your data from our servers at any time.

How to Revoke OAuth Access & Delete Data

Disconnect via Monesys

Log into your Monesys Dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Integrations. Click "Disconnect" next to Meta/Instagram or TikTok. This immediately destroys your access tokens in our database.

Revoke Access via Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Go to your Facebook Account Settings. Navigate to "Security and Login" > "Business Integrations". Find "Monesys" in the list of active integrations. Click "Remove" to revoke all permissions.

Revoke Access via TikTok

Open the TikTok app and go to Settings and Privacy. Tap "Security and login" > "Manage app permissions". Select "Monesys" and tap "Remove access".

Full Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Monesys account and all associated profile data from our Supabase servers, email support@monesys.ai from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Your data will be wiped within 48 hours.
